So are you getting it with every ship? What graphics card do you have?

Depending on what "jitter" means, I think I'm having this problem too. A Dreg pod was lagjumping around so much the other day that I couldn't land a single bullet on it from 200 meters away - despite a 44ms ping and 0% packet loss. I've been having these problems for a while (ever since I moved to my current apartment) so I figured it was just lag from crappy internet, but it happens just as often on Excalibur despite my hilariously low ping, so something's up. Typically what happens is that I'll be shooting at something and then, whoops, in an instant it's 50-1000 meters away from where my client thought it was, so I was actually shooting at empty space or a lag ghost or something all along!

My graphics device is the Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset, and my graphics driver is the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for mobile.

Interesting. The dreg pod is the same old spiky ball though.

Did you happen to check the target podriders ping Jimen?

All pods do that. I'm guessing it's a combination of high accel and low mass but I'm no core dev so don't take my word for it.

That combined with small size makes pods pretty jumpy.

Have you updated the driver lately? Newer versions of the driver tell you which card in the 945 family it is.

I have the same or a similar card and subtle fps fluctuations can make hitting pods harder than it should be.

Jitter to me, is where things start pointing in hundreds of directions at once, and I don't know where to lead, so I just shoot the other way from their ion tral
