You sure? Did you try on one of the Zone Games (games already setup when you enter the lobby) or did you create a game and then try?
It's important. The permanent server games only allow single team games.

I think server restarted when I tried to make cc09b game, couldn't connect to lobby for 5 min...
PS: I can't disable second team too. cc08 and cc06

Can't play because of the d3dx9_30.dll issue. Why is there always so much BS with the beta servers. Always has been.

Run the Direct X web installer.
