I don't understand it either. I mean, there are some people that are more likely to attempt to counter-mutiny, but if they were mutinied in the first place, then odds are it won't pass

That is a problem in that the mutiny does not hand over the comm to the next player. Also, there is no real way to tell when you are about to be mutinied so there is no rule against it.

The current commander cannot see the mutiny in progress. They don't see "#mutiny" in the chat, and the vote question does not appear on their screen (they count as an automatic "N"). So there is no way for them to know a mutiny is in progress until it either passes or fails, in which case they see the result. As Andon says, the only they'll know during the vote is if someone says it on team chat or PMs them.

And thats when people gang up on the snitch, and also why all games should have FF on. Players should be able to do thier own brand of vigilante justice when the comm is busy

typically from my experience by the time a mutiny happens, people are so pissed at the multiple $#@! ups by the prior commander that they would really like to punch him in the crotch, but as that is not possible through the internet, a boot is the stand in

also when a comm is learning and is taking advice i usually dont see the mutiny thing going, although it does happen

We had just succesfully bombed thier SY and all I had to spend money on was the Shipyard.Once That was developed to it's fullest,I was going to give everyone Caps and end it in glory. This is why I don't command. It's not worth the effort to just have someone else come along and find an excuse to be declared the winner.Anyone who's less than a 5 automatically presses "Y".Hell,I didn't ever care so much about the win,I prolly would have handed it over if they had just asked. It's just rude...like the big kids on the playground that see's you have something and they want it.So they shove you aside and take it.No more comm for Raummy
