"It's a decoy!" has its uses now and then, for offense as well as defense. Good way to prevent all your team from launching at an op to stop a solo bomb run, when 15 seconds later your upped tech base is getting htt'd. Also for preventing bombers to ripping to the wrong tp2.
The problem with "Defend miners" is that 90% of the time , by the time someone has the presence of mind to use this VC, the miners are past any point of salvation. Maybe "Where the hell is the miner d?!" would be a better mapping.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
"Drop Now!" is already included in the current chatpack: "Deploy Mines!"
but I definitely like the idea of *USEFUL* voicechats.
Off the top of my head, here are the ones I've noticed we need for sure:

"Push!" or "Ram me!" or "Ramming Speed"
