No such thing

Unless you program the hardware directly with no underlying operating system w/ opcodes /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

.NET is a viable platform - one of the great things about it is Visual Studio will convert .net 1.1 projects to .net 2.0 projects. (It might not be QUITE as simple as that, but I can't imagine ASGS is doing something that cannot be done in .NET 2.0)

Mmmm I cant wait til SP1. Mainly for stability issues on my raptop - the damn thing sometimes reboots when it should shut down, and sometimes wont wake up after I put it in S3.

Not waking up after S3 or waking up and/or freezing on the login screen indicates drivers issues, like crappy drivers, @#(!ty drivers, really bad drivers and/or drivers from hell. If you happen to be using Logitech HID that uses SetPoint, your problem lies there /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
It only happens to me in less than 10%, so I keep the SetPoint, but if it gets worse than that, I' suggest ditching it.
