wow join cadet training program it is an excellent training tool, speaking of tools....the internet allows people to be unfriendly so deal with. I like the rants raves abuse and drama that allegiance produces it make me laugh. Allegiance will always be free how dare you it become a pay for game. Also what the $#@! is the midori condeferacy? Isn't Midori a cocktail drink? And if poopoo heads is your idea of harsh language you don't belong here anyway grow some balls and be more inventive with your language, *#$@eyes!!Darkpriest667 wrote:QUOTE (Darkpriest667 @ Jun 23 2007, 06:16 PM) Might I preface my comment by saying im an administrator on several gamesite forums, also a 15 year gameplaying veteran
.. I think it could have made it as a marketable pay for game....
But the player community is a bunch of (and excuse my harsh language) poopoo heads... I have never been so ashamed to be an internet gamer as i was tonight in that game... The way i was spoken to and talked down to was unexcusable... And frankly a little disheartening for a game that I thought me and my guys could really come to enjoy.... and the best part was it was free..... Well ... unfortunately.. neither myself.. nor anyone else affiliated to The midori confederacy will be participating in your game anymore..

I wish I spoke German!
Hi Dark. Sorry to hear that you had a bad moment with us. You are absolutely correct about the gameplay within the game, it is brilliant. I hope that you and your lads roll with the punches and keep on with the game.
Cadet is hugely popular and it takes the lads some time to arrange the classes and then to reply to each applicant on a individual basis. Which can take some time as they still use steam power in the Alleg basement. By the sounds of it you are ripe for cadet. It does not mean that you will not be picked on or not podded. Hell I enjoy podding cadets it is just unadulterated fun.
But it sends a message to others in the game that you are here to stay and will be making your mark.
Make yourself another nick and log on under it if you are getting harassed and try again. We all did it and still do it. If you need some pointers on who you need to take your anger out on, go in this order XT, SYSx, PK, RT and then the rest. Some free advice from refill for you there. /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

Like real life, we have the full spectrum here.
Newbies who roxxor!
Newbies who stay and learn
Intermediate players who are progressing and contribute to the community
Intermediate players who are quiet and just play
+ Intermediate players who crave attention and act accordingly if the next listed group* are on line
*Vets who are @#$%@#s
Vets who are helpful and help run this community.
Vets who just play and say nothing.
Unfortunately the leadership here can not "screen" who plays here. Please note that the "*" group is a small minority and do not represent us. With time most of them do mature. Think of it as walking through a beautiful field of flowers. You step in some dog @#(!, the field is still beautiful. You just need to wipe your shoe.
Come back and give us another whirl.

Ya know, i'd REALLY love to see where all these people come from, that post such things. I mean they act like they've been sheltered from the horrors of the internet, while still being on it.......no offense intended, but the VERY first sentence i received on the internet, involved someone referring to me as a "Stupid ass Newb" and this was on an assistance chat of all things.... (so i could figure out how to get my internet working properly)
Also, I don't like it when people assume things in its entirety, from one bad experience either. If you choked while eating a ham sandwich, you don't go and yell at people about how much ham sucks as a meat, or declare that your never eating it again cause it wasn't as enjoyable an experience as you expected........
Back to my point......theres gonna be a need for some sorta automated response on the forums for these kinds of topics, if they keep showing up more frequently as they have been...........
if you'll excuse me, i'm going back to bed now........

But, With Sincerity, this mate should not have had these problems. I find it hard to believe that in two weeks of playing he has yet to meet many of the *good* players, because they are not few and far between. A lot more common then the bad players I might add.

I don't want that time to be a @#(!-storm of hate and schadenfreude.
