Could you post a screenshot please, I need to see this, otherwise it is too difficult to troubleshoot it.

His rule was correct, still it did not work. I gave him a guide on how to set up a static IP. (From portforward.com) He dropped out of MSN, which is normal. Hopefully this is not permanent for him... (I have not seen him come back so far)
