How difficult would it be to create a ground based core... i.e. taking over a planet as opposed to taking over space. Ground and flying vehicles.

what if you just put one bigass polygon across the entire sector on a predetermined plane? could you then lock bases and rocks down so that they can only spawn on said plane? how about locking miners and cons down so that they can only move on it?

keep in mind that i know approximately jack and @#(! about coding or programing.

I think he was talking about if someone wanted to make an Allegiance core with ground-based-ness. That sounds like a good idea, if it's implementable (for Allegiance)
