I had to go to school 20 mins before game ended, but basically GG.

Someone else summarise it, I can't remember anymore (that's what I get for staying up for ~30 hours).

uhh, lets see.

Not enough PK show up, so it turns out to be PK+SF vs ACE+Striker+2 cadets. Gesthalt IC vs MadAcc Belts, on PC2.

Gesthalt pushes op low and tele high. We manage to get an initial miner and tele con I think. We scare their sup back into the garr. We put a sup low and enemy miners are mining midhigh, 1 sector from our tele - but as far as I know we didn't get any. That was the only decent opportunitity we had at the miners all game. Even when they mined next to our home we couldn't get enough people off d and bombing to actually kill them.

Game turns into a bombing game, with ACE continously expanding while Gesthalt sinks more money into sup upgrade. We lose miners since he is out of base bombing. ACE puts their sup midlow, and we eventually get it from home, I think just after it upgraded. Meanwhile they bomb our tele high and put a second sup there.

At some stage we lose the garr, and ACE sticks another sup in there. We finally have adv figs with galvs and are stuck in one sector vs Hvy Scout 2s, Hvy bombers, stealth bombers, and the rest. ACE res's two alephs and does a double run winning the game.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.

It was a great game. Everyone played great on both sides. It was just a pity that more PK didnt turn up for it.

Good fun though guys.

Our first sup died with maybe 10 seconds left in the upgrade and lots of tech cooking. I got podded trying to D and pushed F5 and just went "Oh @#(!".

I believe my teamspeak chat echoed your comment. /doh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="doh.gif" /> ~35k down the drain.

Roughly one hour and 15 minutes before the SG, power went out. Sorry I couldn't make it. /doh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="doh.gif" />

Well, atleast all parties involved had fun. Now I gotta rant at people for not showing /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

*heads off to PK forums*

In the end, entirly my fault we lost. We had a few opportunities to finish them early but then again i chose the wrong faction and core for me. Besides, i think i still lack the authority and respect for SGs to rally people.

PC II heavy scouts...

That combined with BV ripping the bomber all over the map for 20 minutes.
