lol, that doesn't stop Vans coming out to the extent it sounds. You can get Vans by 15mins easily, same with IC Hvy Ints and instead of Ints to D miners you have GS. If it is done correctly, IE like any other techpath it's basically unstoppable.

Nix GS can mount MedAss?

If you're trying to get vans, you can get them with minimal cash spent. 50k credits for 2 bases included really isn't that much cash. You can get that out of 2 sectors on most maps, what opening constructors cover.
