How to bomb
Why to use stelths
about the help menu

that kind of thing.
right, here's the idea, we get someone (*looks at lawson*) to record tutorial things, and they can be used as ambient sounds on the newbie servers.

fairly simple change, the newbie servers actually run a different core to the std servers, the only difference is the faction's ambient sounds have been changed to tutorials instead of telling you about lifesupport, spritzers and about carless chatter...

it wont be too much work for core devs as instead of making the same changes in both cores, they just update one core, then edit it to have the different sounds

problems, size of install / AU download?

As most of the Newbie Servers run DN it'd be up to Noir to put the ICE time in, or authorize someone else to make similar changes. There shouldn't be too much work involved but it would be a fiddly and annoying job.

i think most of the work would be finding someone to record the things... and to decide what gets recorded

Who was working on the voice chat updates about 2 months ago? Perhaps they cold once again coordinate the recordings? I would do it, but I am afraid my technical inexperience would make it suck big time. However, I am willing to 'coordinate' things with guidance.
