If not it must be close.

Trump will probably win again, I haven't noticed anyone that has really stood out as a good opponent.
I guess we will see.

Perhaps later it will leak Trump is sponsored by Twitter to use their platform.

It would not surprise me he will be re elected. Economy is booming in the US. If Trump will fix the infrastructure in the US he might be elected for life :)

I keep saying that I give up making predictions for the future, when I don't even understand the present. That 40% of the country can support such an obvious charlatan has really wrecked my faith in democracy and the wisdom of the common man.

But if it makes anyone feel any better, Trump recently fired pollsters who leaked that his internal numbers show him trailing Biden -- pretty massively, and in important battleground states like PA, WI, and FL. Of course it's a long way to the election and anything can happen. Looking at polls this early in the cycle is only a tiny step up from reading tea leaves.

I really don't get Biden's popularity. I think it's largely based on massive name recognition and his connection to Obama and not anything about the man himself. However, I will enthusiastically vote for a ham sandwich over Trump, and Biden is a perfectly acceptable ham sandwich.

Biden is not a perfectly acceptable ham sandwich. He's a piece of bologna between two slices of storebrand whole wheat "bread" without any condiments.

He's popular because he's "likeable" and "presidential" and polls well because he has a massive funding network based on the fact that he's a huge centrist. Those things in the quotes btw are just political euphemisms for "male" and "white."

Guys if you scroll all the way up, or all the way down you can see we are on page 184 of this thread. So well beyond 100. Am I missing something?????

And I agree with cash, a ham sandwich stands out as a better opponent.

That is an acceptable ham sandwich. It's ham and a sandwich and I would eat that sandwich if I was hungry. It's not an ideal ham sandwich or even a good one, but that's not what we're talking about.

Otherwise yeah, that's an apt description of what kind of sandwich Biden is.
