I vote for a "average BAC while playing" system.

Time based/point based has never been anything that belongs as an in-game visible rank. It's insanity.
Unless it were point based/time based up to a fixed value...to encourage noobs to put time in to get a basic understanding of things. But beyond that it should always be win/skill based.
