Actually, since Jones only won by one point, and pretty much half the state voted for Moore, I'd still call it a so-so day for Alabama.

No one's impressed if the 49ers beat the Giants, but even if the 49ers were 3-10 if they won two road games in Foxboro and Seattle it would still be impressive and a sign of tremendous growth... and growth can be great.
