Connection Type (Dialup, Cable, DSL, other): DSL
Router (Make and Model#): NETGEAR DG834GB
Internet Service Provider(company name): Tiscali
Location(State/Province/Locality, and Country): Germany

Problem Encountered at Step #: (read the "What Should Happen" for this step#) after step 13
Which Program (ASGS/Allegiance): Allegiance
What Error Message: Error: Pings not coming back or DPlay Session Terminated
Comments (What you tried,Error: description, etc):

The problem is probably the router, I know. But I don't know what to change in the settings. Thx for your help!

Lemmi know if that's wrong.

Log into your router by going to http://192.168.0.1
username: admin
password: password

Go to the "Inbound Services" section. This is where you need to allow Allegiance to get through.
Look at the existing services menu - do you see any "Microsoft Games"? It should list 2300-2400 there. If you can't find "Microsoft Games" then add a new one.

Trigger port: 47624 TCP
Inbound ports: 2300-2400 TCP/UDP

Forward them to your IP address. See the kb for info on getting your IP address.
