He wasn't "using" YOUR account.

BOTH of you had your accounts "linked" and was therefore seen as a single account. Jacar would have received that message had he attempted to login while YOU were playing. Accounts can become linked for many reasons. The most popular reason is that someone logged into another players machine and linked the accounts to the hardware.

I remember, long ago, many of us getting linked accounts by using the same pirated windows version we got from warez (I think it was XP). Back then, we didn't receive that message you got. Players would just be disconnected when the other linked account logged in. We had no idea why we couldn't stay connected. I recall this went on for days before everyone's account got fixed.
