As an outsider looking in here are my thoughts. As an @Alleg I always felt that using the banhammer was a failure on my part to not have managed the situation better*. I can't help but feel that the same thinking should apply to booting as a commander.


* Apart from once when the issue was sexism. I banned fast and hard and don't regret it even a little.

I agree, but banning for two boots? its excessive.

Who's to say I didn't wish I'd managed the situation better? We had a decent chance of winning if I'd communicated more clearly.
