Can the control's be bound to a gamepad? (x-box 360 one to be exact.)

Every device supported by Windows (available via Control - Game Controller settings) works fine with Allegiance.

There's also a free program called Autohotkey that can be useful where you want extra functionality from your bindings.

THIS (20 year old joystick) is all you really need.

But you'll need this thing to make it work on USB.
