I won't be able to make it unfortunately, but my 2c is to try to get the license converted to MS-PL which would enable us to use all code and IP as we wish, including connecting with Steam, re-releasing the game for sale, converting the miner AI to run ice makers, and what have you. I think that trying to get changes made to the license to enable just integration with Steam will make it very complex, and not very compelling to MS, where just a straight conversion to another of their licensing formats might be a much easier sell.

The easier and more straight forward we can make the request, the easier it will be for them to say yes.

"MS, would you mind moving the license from MSR-SS to MS-PL? We'd like it to be more open for our development and future growth."

Oh and guys, lest I forget: :iluv: :iluv: :iluv:
