Ironclad removed from roster

Ironclad committed to showing to the first game of the league and showed four. Ironclad also failed to show to a scheduled scrim the week before.

@Iron has not fulfilled the three squad games to become a squad so I've removed them from the squad roster page and taken them out of the league. If Ironclad can't fulfill the requirement to become a squad then it can't be invited to the league. Iron still has an opportunity to play the required games to be reinstated on the roster and possibly league play.

7 days for Vogue should be sufficient to ensure this never happens again.
