my skill is rusted, i can't seen to hit the barn door, will this teach me how to throw a sink at the barn door ?

Been away from allegiance for 5 years and allegiance has been change a lot and people are more sensitive if you make an error and most of all..old man eyes is not like what it used to..i figure cdt might help me more about what is all the change.
