belts bombers...booster but no fuel

Was hacking around and noticed a belt bbr could load a medium booster and fuel, but the fuel is all empty....you can have fuel in cargo but it doesn't gas you up...pcore nD

same with hvy bbr and tt

P32 is already aware, I expect it will get fixed in Pcore008, slated for release mid-december-ish.
