Photoshop files for cadet bars

Hello! Does anyone have the photoshop files for the small bars that people put in their sig? If not, does anyone just have the bars themselves?

They'll be GIMP .xcf files which I assume will be ok?

I have a child, my time for games is pretty limited these days. Not to mention I pretty much sucked when I was playing regularly :)
