.net is a system component of Win7. You won't find it on regular program list, switch to windows features add and remove.

I have to uninstall ALL of these Visual C++ packages, and install 2010 from Microsoft site, right?
But still i can't delete all .NET Framework elements from computer, to reinstall it.
In Programs/Functions aplet i can see only one, the 4.5 version package, that i can uninstall, but builded-in 2.0 version is still "alive" and i can't delete it.

pkk, this package from your link is... not working?
When i openned this, program extracted some files and... these some files just disappear. Should be openned any.. installator here?
