Microsoft detected a problem: "ACSS Launcher...[SOLVED]

Hi, i'm just a new player that find those extremely god-like videos of this games, however, i have a problem trying execute the launcher.

Windows Version: Windows XP SP3
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9600 Pro
Sound Card: VIA Chipset ????
Connection Type: Cable
Modem/Router: Motorola SGB900
Internet Service Provider: -
Location: -
Installed Mods:-

Make and Version of firewall: Windows Firewall
Make and version of anti-virus: avast! antivirus 8.0.1

Problem Encountered at Step #: 1 I can't actually execute the launcher.
Which Program (Community Security System): ACSS
What Error Message:

I have installed on my disk NET 2.0 SP2, 3.5, 4.0 And a spanish leng packet for net.
i guess it's the leng pack the problem-maker, but i don't sure.

Thanks dudes, finally i can execute the game normaly and the launcher, the problem was a Net.Framework 3.5 and the leng pack.
I just uninstalled all those netframe @#(!s. Except the 3.0. Thanks for your awnsers dudes

Did you give permission for the Direct X 9.0 install?

Direct X shouldnt be an issue in the launcher. IIRC Windows XP does not ask you to start stuff as administrator if you are not one - but afaik the launcher requires admin rights to run, to get the hardware info that is used to validate your account.
Are you running the launcher as administrator?

Actually, the only account activated on my pc it's the administrator one, i have already installed the dx9.c one.

Hmmm, the "mustang dogfighting video" (Here) And those commercial videos of the game. also, the music on this game are fking great.

Whoa, nice vids

Ok, for now, i uninstalled the anti-virus, but the problem persist and now... i have the "solution" of this.
Looking in my programs that i installed, i have 4 versions of "Net" and uhmmm... some 5 or 7 "visual runtime packs"

You know, it's a mess and i'm gonna to uninstall ALL of those versions and reinstall the game and i just install the suggestions that make when i install the game on my disk. I prove it on my netbook and seems to work.
