Unable to secure allegiance installation

You shouldn't get an artwork error, if you use the latest installer.
Only the latest community core is missing.
That crash on first launch is normal, just start it again.
Did you download the installer from http://getsetup.alleg.net ?
Latest installer is named allegsetup262.exe

Sorry for not replying. we found another thread by spunk saying to delete the "dev" folder in the artwork folder in allegiance. it worked. and now the un-beta mode works now too. thanks for the help
