twenty years ago, agri tolerated rage against the machine

now they are just twats though

the best argument for political repression there is
“Life,” the belgian agri observed, “is a long dialogue with imbeciles.’’

Unless Rage Against The Machine donates the vast majority of their proceeds to charity... well... then they are hypocrites.

And for all I know they may, I don't really follow bands of that genre.

Paul Ryan probably should have thought for a second before proclaiming that Rage against the Machine was his favorite band. Tom Morello and his BFF Serj Tankian (lead singer of System of a Down) have been political activists their whole careers. They even run a non-profit political organization together and have a monthly radio broadcast.

Thats why everyone is snickering along with Tom Morello's OP ed.

Ryan just liked those tasty guitar riffs i guess. Tom is definitely top 10 guitarists of all time. Its nothing to beat Ryan up over too much, i love Rage but dont agree with everything they say. But i at least understand there is an important distinction to make there

yeah the thing is both sides believe they are righteous and incredibly both sides believe they are raging "against the machine"

the people on the republican side point to big government and liberal media as "the machine"

the people on the democrat side point to big business as "the machine"

the reality is that both sides are wholly owned subsidiaries of the machine, including the band who sings the song and makes millions of dollars selling its wares through the means provided by the machine.

crazy world

Some of the tracks Audio Slave put out were quite good as well, Chris Cornell has got an awesome voice, and that's one hell of a backup band.
