It seem bashing is popular today.

If some of you are so unhappy with your * and ^ why not erect a new superl33t squad, which is so good everyone instantly wants to join? Like, take matters in your own hand?

It would be nice to get a lot of the players that left to come back in a to be scheduled "anniversary game" of some type. Surely there is a record of all the email addresses on here and an email can be sent out to remind people of the good times they had playing this game. A lot won't come because they've moved on or have no time etc but you may be able to get a lot of people back this way.

The best way is to get the oldies to come back as well try to attract and retain new players.

Surely there is a record of all the email addresses on here and a mass email can be sent out to remind people of the good times they had playing this game. A lot won't come because they've moved on or have no time etc but you may be able to get a lot of people back this way at least for a while.

As for new cores, development etc well I think people hate this the most, too many changes too quickly and people don't recognise the game anymore. I remember how so many more people were playing DN earlier this year because it was familiar and fun, it sure reminded of the days of massive games back in the day.

Squad games are great and all but even with merged squads, you can at least get some decently populated games happening but still will have the same problem of players leaving as has already happened.

It may be a case that this game will always have a core 100 players with the new and oldies popping in now and then and that the slide can't be stopped and the game goes the way of games before it. God knows it's way passed its used by date but so much fun and value even today, especially with the right characters and personalities around that make it fun. Flying with your mates etc. It may even come to the game dying completely like so many of the squads today and though sad, may indeed come to that and just has to be accepted.

I can attest to the fact that at least SysX is not being apathetic, just because all of our actions are not posted on the forums doesn't me we are not actively working in the background. Sometimes things are taken off-line PMs are being exchanged.
