So obviously the admins have been done for months and have no inclination to keep the community running. :unsure:

That's fine I suppose, it would be nice if they told people so they didn't keep wasting time working on dead projects. :P

Anyway, moving on, literally;

I want to bid you well, good luck, and long lives. It's been fun.

There are so many good people in this community that for sake of space will only list some instead of thousands to wave at;

RL can be a bitch... TE is busy while holding almost all keys...

... others rage quit because of this behavior (MrC) and even others don't care what's going on ...

The history of open-source Allegiance is paved with the bodies of dead code branches, forum flame wars, and personal vendettas. But a community remains because people still love the game.

I don't want that time to be a @#(!-storm of hate and schadenfreude.

I'm working on a plan that doesn't require any changes to the game or extra effort from anybody but the daily regular players. It might even work. Hang tough, kids.

Nothing has really changed - we knew TE didn't have time for Alleg and there are few other people with partial admin powers (pkk, FB) who are still here doing what they can. No point in declaring it dead after a long weekend of lobby closure.

Want bigger games? Log on to play at the official game time: 9pmET/8pmCT/7pmMT/6pmPT every day of the week. Also Saturdays 8pm UTC.

ACSS testing was brutal, things will be back, we do REALLY need to get ACSS going though, it will make integration of new players much easier

I don´t think the community can resist another ACSS testing weekend... People don´t like to beta-test. Testing of R6 was successful, because it added tangible improvements in gameplay. ACSS, while useful, doesn´t add any gameplay enhancements that could bait players into testing it...

Next step should be putting acss into full production, and working the details on the fly...

Wow this thing still on?

I have to say this is the best game that ever was and given enough ppl to play it, still is. Sad to see so many familiar names gone for hundreds of days in the squad rosters page. Still love this dirty ol whore and remember the big games fondly when I was around.

Too busy with other @#(! to play and I haven't touch my PC in months.

Anyways, hope you are all in good health.
