I don't know about this - you can no longer prox teleports this way. It's a significant gameplay change.
It shouldn't be that hard to watch the condition and make sure two ships don't arrive at the same time (not to mention it's probably not a problem right now).
Of course since we have already done this... chances are there won't be any demand for a proper fix anyway...

OK I see he applied randomization to drones only... and btw his later code spaces out the time of launch for stations with launch joints so looks like a complete fix.
