Looks like the TF SF is smaller than the other SFs by a significant margin. Its scale value is 11, compared to 12.71 for the BIOS SF, even though it's fairly flat, compared to the more sphere-like CVH of the BIOS SF. Bringing it up into the 17-19 range seems reasonable.

The Dreg ships were scaled to the tight hitboxes. if this wasn't changed when they were made into bubbles then that was silly overlook by whoever did it.

Due to popular demand the bubble hitboxes were scaled with the numbers Virulence used in XC. They seem pretty much spot on for TF, but Dreg got the dirty end of the stick. That was the impression I got from the scaling Dreg are actaully sobe representatives in lizard costumes
