Dorjan is just "provoking discussion" (I don't understand why you would start such a topic and make such an issue out of this if you are not behind the motion, Dorj, as this topic only serves to create drama) and spidey is retorting like all lawyers must.
What resulted is a thread full of balls which does not affect anything.

I agree with spidey here.
SGs are intended for competitive and gentlemanly play. Parties involved in SGs should be held to a higher standard of play than that of the PUG player. Resigning should only be used as a last resort and should not become a form of accepted practice otherwise you are leading yourself down a slippery slope which
will result in 9 minute resigns.
p.s.: I haven't seen anyone else argue your point except you, Dorj. If you wanted only to provoke discussion then I think you have your answer.
