I am looking to start a Classic Traveller Campaign through Skype. (Rules are slightly modified, but pretty much the standard character rules will be used.
If you would like to join please PM me with your skype address and I will contact you.

Classic Traveller
I miss Traveller.
Twilight's Peak. Droyne, Mercenary. Ship Design. Rolling god knows how many characters ...
And then the Megatraveller computer games ... I thought they were really well done. Zhodani Conspiracy ... and that other one ...
I'd be interested, but 2 kids under 2 years of ages takes most of my time.

Never played it, what's it like? I'd probably never have heard of it if it weren't for Slough Feg.

Yep, but there is clear details much, from what I own, about the time period I am setting the game in.
The game will be on every sunday, at 4pm (GMT), for a couple hours. If you are able to make that time that would be lovely.
Overall traveller is really fun to play, no matter what version you play. Though it is not your typical hack and slash roleplay game. It rewards you for going on adventures, not what you kill, and most of the things you fight with can actually kill you just as easily as you can kill them. But most adventures revolve around solving problems, situations, puzzles. Chasing rumours, finding out information, suppling. escorting, smuggling, trading, and loads of other general whatnots.
And yes Traveller had a timeline, because it was made around Marc Millirs books.
