Apparently I was wrong and regret voting against doing away with the league. Please continue with the league next year so RT and every other squad other than MEC and XT has a reason to show up for squad games other than for the enjoyment of highly organized play.
I was going to propose a vote for the continuation of the league in 2012 as I had a feeling naysayers might have changed their mind this year.

There will be a thread in the OC soon with more details on how the decision will be made by the squads. I feel that last year the decision to cancel the league was based on whoever could post the most in that OC thread and the poll was completely inaccurate seeing as it was open to skewing.

Edit: Sola, whatever are you talking about?!

Shouldn't games 17/18 be moved down 1 week? It looks like right now the 2 losing teams of 5/6 and 9/10 play a second game on the same day to determine placing.

Game 13, home team should be the winner of game 11, not game 8. (The arrow is correct, however).

I for one welcome the return of the squad league next year. Next time we won't listen to Striker and Ryj, OK?

Actually I think Ryj was in favour of the league, or ambialent. It was SysX, SF and XT that decided that they didn't want it.

Is it really such a bad thing that we have a league or a tournament or whatever?

Isn't it nice not to have to go to great lengths to figure out who you're going to play next week, and not have to worry about being the squad without a dancing partner?

Couldn't we admit that its a little bit fun to look at a table/ladder/chart or whatever and see which team is "winning"?

While getting first place in a tournament should be a lesser goal compared to winning individual games, is it really bad to have a tournament going on in the background of these games?

Well? :)

Where's the picture with W1-4 L1-4 being replaced with squads names?
