I'm interested to hear what exactly you think has changed so much in XC over CC and how it has become more about "aiming" then it was before. Aiming is important in all cores. Shooting down crafts is a basic function of the game that has not been emphasized in XC. How is XC a core for whores when in CC all everyone complained about was the overuse of Expansion. Is it because there is no more floating tech? Is that a skill that you honed over many years? Is it the removal of lead indicators? The removal of rescue probes?
In XC people still need to scout, still need have situational awareness, still need to utilize all the skills you've developed.
Is is the fact that carriers are more affordable now? What is it exactly that you dislike so much. Don't just say that it's made the game more whore friendly, be specific.
To whore means that you not only can aim and get kills, it means you are in the right place at the right time to be the most effective you can be. Do you think XT, Sysx, or RT are made up of mindless killing machines? Do you think that people that have learned the strengths and weaknesses of the core are merely whores?

if you can't rely on your team to complete simple tasks like, say, probing a sector or being in the right place to nan a miner or constructor or bomber when they need to be nanned, or identifying where the other team is mining, flying there and shooting the miners and avoiding being proxed while they kill the nans and then subsequently kill the miner, that's not a core-related problem by a long shot. If you want to blame it on the core to make yourself feel better, go for it, but no matter what core you play on those issues are not going to change.
so you are really saying those that have more skill at aiming shouldn't have an advantage? wtf crack are you smoking? thats like saying oh in war you know snipers that can aim aren't any better than snipers that can't aim.

Changes in AC values have lead to much greater import on being able to whore. Changes in ship balance has lead what used to be fundamental counters to be something dependent on having good whores (stopping bomb runs with mini2 ints, IE). Changes in tech has removed emphasis from positioning and strategy, and established it on whoring (Tactical, IE.) Changes in traditional support roles (Shipyard, Gunships) have reduced them from low learning curve AOE weapons that are countered by tech, to high learning curve whore aim based tech paths. I could go on and on, and I am sure there is more, but honestly, I stopped following the change logs for XC a while ago.
