Ok believe I have got somewhere now.
Hopefully.

The computer I have is a asus terminator-2

Found the sound Driver I need.

But whenever I try to install it, it fails and says, "Can't find Driver, please reboot and run this program again."

Am I doing something wrong or something? Need help just to get it installed finially and hopefully.

I've run into that little frustration before. I did solve it, but I'm unsure exactly which step it was that solved the problem.

I kept on doing as suggested - re-installed and rebooted. Eventually it "sticks" and starts to work. Sometimes I've had to use the installer on the disk (getting that error), then using MS's install driver (from within the hardware manager, pointing at the driver found on the install disk), rebooting, etc. I was still getting the error, then eventually one of the reboots worked. I also did full power-down boots - often this is warranted when dealing with hardware - warm boots don't power down the hardware. A cold boot (full power off) does... and that seems to work better when dealing with hardware.

My computer is at the moment either on or off. Can turn it off as normal in via start, but as soon as it finish's it will start again.

Though all in all It has been booted from being at cold start for so many times it feels like I've been turning it on and off for a year.

Guess I'll have to keep trying to installing and booting till it sticks or find a lovely nice sound card i can put inside the computer.

Man I am missing this game so much, so want to fly for my flag

A new sound card might be the best route at this point. Is your current sound device built into the motherboard? I've run into a messed-up on-board sound "card" (which worked fine for a few years). A new card by-passed the problem. You can get a basic sound card pretty cheap.
