QUOTE You may not be hostile towards newbies. Open hostility towards newbies, both individual and towards newbies in general, is prohibited. They have a hard enough time learning this game without being badgered by irritated veterans.
QUOTE You will not upload or transmit , in Free Allegiance or on the Free Allegiance website, any copyrighted content that you do not own all rights to, unless you have the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.
So... I can't have lolcats anymore? :(

EDIT: And what about the soccer-slow-reaction GIF down there...

Further Edit: Oops, this rule was also in the previous RoC. I guess I can continue using lolcats then! =3

QUOTE You will not exploit any bug in Free Allegiance, and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug either directly or through public posting, to any other Free Allegiance Community member. You will promptly report such bugs via PMs through the Free Allegiance web site to an administrator. Exploitable bugs include, but are not limited to bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits in-game.
like anyone is ever going to get banned for exploiting the netcode or using the attack-drone exploit

What are the changes and why does it say that the copy is possibly outdated and was last updated in January?

BV updated the RoC in January, but it took a while until it went live (HTML and wiki)...

The history of open-source Allegiance is paved with the bodies of dead code branches, forum flame wars, and personal vendettas. But a community remains because people still love the game.
