The TSA is useless

I can understand the cellphones must be off. I have a Chinese clone phone, disigned for world coverage. It can handle all 4 major cellphone bands, wifi, and some digital data exchange bands. Not to mention the radio / tv receiver.

The East Germans learned that building big walls and have extrema border patrol does not stop determined persons.It just turns the country into a big prison filled with scared persons. It also ruins economics.Why would any sane tourist go to all this crap to visit the USA? You scare away the good willing folks and the lunatics keeps trying to find the holes anyway.

I have seen this argument applied to roundabouts by Americans. I was forced to conclude that the entire country is utterly insane.

pfft. boston is FULL of roundabouts, IIRC.

They also just put a dual-lane roundabout in about a mile from my in-law's house.

That one is going to be the source of a LOT of tickets because there's no lane-changing allowed once you're in. If you enter in the outside lane, you have to go right or straight, inside lane is left only.

I'll be taking a detour because a large portion of the motorists passing through this suburb are $#@!ING DUMB YUPPIES WHO CAN'T READ BECAUSE THEIR ADMIN ASSISTANTS DO IT FOR THEM.

Up near my grandparents' house is a group of THREE roundabouts. In a row, for no apparent reason other than to put them in. It's seriously bothersome.

The reason I hate roundabouts is because everyone else drives like a dick in them, and I end up stopping and waiting as if it were a stop sign anyway.
