I have a little desktop app that changes the Allegiance res to your desktop res.

No, I know how to get my Alleg res to my desktop res, just that for the new players they will have to dig through the wiki a bit to get it, that's why I'm asking for the widescreen instructions (or your program, maybe?) to be placed on the wiki's front page.
