An unpleasant interrogation technique is to wrap someone in a sack of nicely wet cloth and then dump one of those things in the vicinity. Note though that with waterboarding the ingredients are cheaper.

I side with the tear gas fanclub on this one. A flash bang has a double explosion as far as I know. Bang Bang as opposed to {pause} Big bang.{smirk} Never got to play with those toys though.
