I don't do web languages and have never needed to write obfuscators, they probably want c++ for their trojans and I do java, C#, C and asm on microcontrollers and labview, and I don't like customer support so probably not the best fit of a job for me :/
I think this is (ironicly perhaps?) a case of successful capitalism - they are filling a gap in the market and are recruiting to grow their business.
