Please don't get me wrong - you can get *excellent* training (one-on-one) or mentoring outside of the formal training channels. In fact, we often encourage experienced players to take a player under his wing and show him the ropes - whether that person is part of the official training group or not. Most players information is going to be useful, I think, and sincere in its offering.
