Faction: Greys

Greys is just a placeholder name. But I wanted a UFO Faction and here I went making a UFO! I was thinking for pods that it would be simply a ball sphere. Nothing to fancy as probably all single flown ships would have a eject for the ball pods.

They would fire akin to phasers in Star Trek ships except would be in the middle.

As for faction specific perks, I was thinking that there energy regen be abnormably high. Allowing them to do 'runs' attacks and be maneuver. Just go flying on by running out of energy then a few seconds later its back and ready to pew pew some more. I am actually thinking of like them using all laser weaponry perhaps having a better disruptor?

They should be able to turn extremely well and able to shift up down left right with better exception but unable to turn vertical or however you call it.

If anything I made a model and am liking it so far.

UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object, to be a UFO faction they would have to be pixellated or blurry with many flashing lights.

I can see it now, mothership type carriers, large jellyfish-ish bases.

I do agree that they'd make terribly easy targets though. And there'd have to be some significant model variation, can't have everything basically the same with a different texture!
