Im not trying to be an @#$%@# but I don't see your name on any charts, lists, underground lists. What power do you have to judge an internationaly known DJ? When i was in Venezuela EVERYONE KNEW WHO TIESTO WAS. When i went to Costa Rica, EVERYONE KNEW WHO HE WAS, when i was in China with my dad EVERYONE KNEW WHO HE WAS.djrbk wrote:QUOTE (djrbk @ May 6 2011, 04:20 PM) Proudest moment of my DJ career:
Snapping a Tiesto vinyl that my room mate gave me into like 100 pieces and throwing the shards into the crowd.
diieeeeeeeeee Tiesto vinyl!

Go to all these places and they'll all know who Justin Bieber is as well. If your moniker of talent is popularity and quantity of records sold, I have a few Backstreet Boys albums to sell you on.SgtMajor wrote:QUOTE (SgtMajor @ May 6 2011, 07:49 PM) Im not trying to be an @#$%@# but I don't see your name on any charts, lists, underground lists. You won't see this name on any charts because my dj name isn't djrbk, and I haven't really done anything active in any scene in about the past 4 years, and I rarely gave a @#(! about promoting myself over my events as I preferred to remain substance and quality based rather than overmarketed bull@#(! based. All my events hit record attendance levels for the region in their era for their genre and thus all my goals were accomplished with that with one exception (got backstabbed by wankers screwing my last most gigantic event) I only did one set of acetate pressings and honestly it was more for novelty than being famous. Most of my productions were live and on the fly using real beatmatching on 3 turntables unlike Tiesto who cannot beatmatch and thus uses autoBPM to do it for him on only 2 CD decks (and even then STILL $#@!s up phase-matching sometimes).
All I can say is:
