It may have been blanked but you can easily right click on the pic and easily see which "community college" it is

btw, I take it community college is where those who can't make it to a real uni go? I'm guessing the equivalent must be TAFE in Australia.

Very true, however if you're in sport generally your name is shown. And even in the bar you often give away your first name to people you come in contact with you pretty easily. Or just you and your mates talking between yourselves will reference your names.

"OI LUKE!"

Very close to shouting "MY NAME IS LUKE" eh?

I guess two things should be said here:
If you want to be $#@!ing annoying
make sure
it takes more than 15 seconds of google to track you down and call you on your @#(!
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

heh, well that's why I said you shouldn't act differently online.

No one can call me out on my @#(! as it's all being aired in public. Unless by calling me out is telling me to put it away :D

That is the stigma but in reality there are all sorts of reasons for going to community college, the main ones being community college is far cheaper and something you can more easily do part time if you're working/have kids/dont know wtf you want to do. Also plenty of people graduate from community college and go on to attend universities and even graduate school. My brother went to university, partied, failed out, then went to community college, then back to university, then to a fairly good grad school and does very well for himself now as an electrical engineer.

If I were a young whipper snapper, I would definitely start out at a local CC before expanding to a 4 year degree. Tuition costs are just insane otherwise, and I say this as someone who was fortunate to win one of five full ride scholarships in an international competition. My scholarship paid for all 4 years, but my alma mater now costs $40,000/year, which is about $10,000 more than my "full ride" scholarship would have paid out. I can't imagine the kind of debt today's college students are working under. What's super awesome is that while the debt rivals a mortgage, the interest rates are much higher and you cannot escape it through bankruptcy.

It really is insane, clay, and basically anybody graduating from a 4 year institution that had to pay for it with loans is going to experience a seriously lower quality of life than people who graduated just 15-20 years ago. I know some of my contemporaries are struggling under consolidated monthly payments of anywhere from $1000 to $1700 per month just for student loans. And they are stuck with those payments for like the next 25 years.

For reference, my mortgage payments are cheaper than some people's student loan payments.
