Thats more than i usually get in the way of error messages :)

But seriously, it looks like you screwed something up installing the reticule.

It looks like you deleted centeroutbmp.mdl and forgot to put the downloaded textmdl in its stead.

Did you check for said file in your artwork folder?

Your new "eye icon" doesn't seem to show if you have nothing targeted. Also scattering around target info is a little confusing. Other than that, I like it.

I didnt delete I replaced it.

When I extracted the default reticule in artwork it asked me wheter or not to replace existing file, hence I can conclude that that the bunnywabbit reticule file was there. (otherwise there wouldnt be a conflict)

Okay, that's strange.

It sounds like girlyboy got things working without trouble, and i tested myself on a clean install as well. I'm sorry but I don't know why it's not working.

@clay
That's odd. The bg should pop up regardless of whether you have a target selected. See image no 2 above which is 'eyed without target' (i should have captioned those, sorry). I'll have a look and see if i can confirm this issue.

Meanwhile, Let me know if you guys are getting used to the target info like this, or keep looking in the wrong places voor speed, range and kb. Otherwise i might wind up changing something that you have come to like.

Continuing the fine tradition of

1) Bitching at people who do things for you
2) Never letting anything go, ever

Your "old" eye icon is still being used in the command view, and blue-on-black is still a problem. I can't remember how many times I've died in f2 because I didn't notice I was eyed until some int whore started boosting for me :)

Dude, I *want* you to bitch about stuff like this!

I can see where you're coming from in the command view. Haven't even looked at that.

Come to think of it; being a scout whore myself i'm gonna want something considerably more dramatic than a little blue eye in the top of my screen in command view.

in other words: thanks for that.

also it's F3. F2 is the teleport pane. (na-nananana!)

Is this still the case or does it pop up after all when eyed without having a target?

Just noticed it again today. The gauges [unhelpfully] light up, but I don't see the halo unless I target something.

Something more visible is needed to see if I am eyed. Gauges do light up but I am not always sure if I am eyed or not.
But I love it.
