For some unknown reason, I am unable to vote in any poll in any section on the forum.
Also, any links that link to somewhere on the Allegiance forum are invalid to me.
They just lead me to a page that says I probably has a broken link or something.
Solution?
Forum problem

About the polls, you cannot vote unless you have at least 50 posts. Don't go around spamming though, otherwise your post count gets reset. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
Links might lead to a part of the forum you do not have access to, like squad forums. Give us an example and we can tell you more.

I enlisted CADET recently.Grimmwolf_GB wrote:QUOTE (Grimmwolf_GB @ Dec 19 2006, 09:34 AM) About the polls, you cannot vote unless you have at least 50 posts. And Dengaroth gave me a few links he want me to check.
Then I encountered the problem I stated above.
EDIT by Grimmwolf: Never mention the real life name of a user on a forum unless you are the owner of that name.

Oh c'mon stop busting on IPB.
The groups functionality is an add-on component that I contracted a third-party developer for. He's fixing it and it'll be back in a few weeks.
(It doesn't take a few weeks to fix it takes a few weeks for him to get to it)

Hold on, so you're saying vanilla IPB doesn't support user groups / access-restricted fora out of the box?Pook wrote:QUOTE (Pook @ Dec 19 2006, 07:33 PM) The groups functionality is an add-on component that I contracted a third-party developer for.

RT: The number of typical responses decreases exponentially as the number of joke options increases.

It supports primary and secondary user groups and access restricted forums.
What it doesn't have is the ability to designate control over the secondary groups to non-admin individuals without giving them access to at least a section of the AdminCP.
