I'll let the comms do a recap.

However I have fraps of the entire game and will be posting it after it finishes rendering and compressing and uploading. Might be a while.

I would like to add before the write up that anything is possible if you BELIEVE and ACT, regardless of how rediculous stupid and lame something starts off sounding.

So due to some strange thing with my fraps (I must've hit stop record without noticing) I don't have the whole game, but I have most of it.

I've got the initial push.

I have the initial furball and bomb runs in the exp/garr sector.
I have nanning bombers in the exp/garr sector.
A a lot of attacking/defending bombers in the exp/garr sector.
There's also me killing a miner.

Other than that I don't have much. I'm cutting out the boring stuff (probing, looking for an enemy op we thought was in helios but was nonexistent, sitting on miner D as a nan with no enemies in the sector, etc).

Edit: Its recorded at 1280x1024. Anyone know a good way of uploading it to some video site without screwing with the aspect ratio? (Youtube only does 1280x720, 640x480, and something smaller)

all i know is that it was a 15v15+ and all it took to clear the map was my bomber + 1 or 2 ninja nans a la starfire ^^

Ill do a quick recap.

It was Phal: IC vs Ink: Dreg

Map: Limited

I send cons high, and put exp low. Nothing special really happens, until we spot phals exp con.

The only U rock left, was in our home.....and what do you know, they push to our home, and build succesfully.
We spend about 10 minutes in a bomb warfest, back and forth.

Initally we bombed them, and ripped via our home tp, and 1 ab short of killing the exp. They launch massive runs, but we stop them all though they manage to take out our home rip.

We did manage to kill their garr though.

Anywho, we mine and get adv exp and hvy ints up and try to bomb, but with no success. They get heavy ints up, and they start bombing low sig all our bases high, and near their old home, and we get cornered.

Finally they are able to bomb the garr and we lost all our miners. I would of loved to get specs, but they would of killed the cons upon launch. It was a hilarious game to say the least, couldn't believe our team could stop them from pushing that.

They pushed it right through our exp sector, with 6 nans and 5 ints, it was rediculous.

We eventually resigned.

That's the video of the initial push.

Note that our entire team (I think, or at least 80-90%) was on that con push in ints and nans, while the blue team was too busy attacking our miners to intercept the con before it hit their garrison sector.

omg that was so frustrating to watch. you did like almost everything u could do wrong on that push as well as miscellaneous vooby things like nanning a shielded con, going through the aleph before the int support goes in, humping the con real close, etc etc etc. prime example of what not to do if any cadets watch this.

since i now have time i'll give my (sucky) perspective of the game.

I get ehn cons, all rocks where sup rocks, and 1 stupid tac rock low choke.
I push both cons, tp to mid that dies due to comm's stupidity and the op is pushed to the only exp rock left which was 2k from his home aleph.
Map is finished and the onlu 2 u rocks are where op was heading and his home, 5k from the low aleph.

My con D decides to rape their miners in his home, my op goes vela leaving his exp con, which was eyed to plant there.
He had op high, ref midhigh.

i mine midlow until a few rushes, so, as exp was already built and clearly i wasn't going anything but exp as IC, whole team gets on the con. It walks from my home, gets eyed 1 aleph by my home, walks low, heading toward their new exp sector and into their home. Some remaining ints rush their exp sector and own their little paper ints and con get's to his home aleph.

"is the aleph mined?" yeah of course....

Not.

ints rush in and clear the aleph, killing any scout who dared come close and prox.

He get's ints, "oh no we are screwed"

Not.

Glorious X-nanning and capable ints manage to pod their team several times, and just before anyone has no more ammo exp plants.

They push op by my garr, and try to bomb exp/garr simuntaneously, both fail firsat couple of times due to lack of imagination. (yes, we knew you would rip)

My garr dies and I escort miners to my new op low choke, where they mine happy to hvy ints.
He gets hvys and after maybe 1 min we get hvys.(longest minute ever)
We keep mining/bombing (thanks terran) while they keep failing at everything. we somehow manage to kill all their miners in this mess. (thanks vogue&Co)

They lose map, i get more miners, his garr gets bombed, and as op push was ready to his exp (hey it worked earlier) they resign.

Epic game.

I'll tell you why we succeeded, I scouted out the aleph about 3k before our con got to your home. Still no camp, forget a prox camp. After our con enters, there are about 4 ints on the aleph with no prox, so I don't know which team failed more that game...
