Rock Health Bar, Floating Tech Names, Pilot Health (F3 View)

The life indicator of various rocks (such as the bar indicating the amount of HE in a rock, visible from F3) no longer appears for me. I also do not see the names of any floating tech or pilot health bars, all in the F3 view.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Toggle radar mode by pressing "i"?!
