The R6 Beta removed the option to turn V-Sync on or off, now it's on by default.
With it on, my mouse is sluggish, laggy, and delayed, and it makes it impossible for me to aim steadily.
With it off, the game has a much higher frame rate and the mouse responds very well, though it gets my graphics card fan revving up.
R6 has no VSync option?

I had similar issues with R5 and vsync on if I recall it correctly. Not "sluggish" but sometimes it felt like some movement of the mouse was skipped, could be only my imagination though. I always keep vsync off since then though.
Edit : What is the reason to remove vsync option? Its still possible to change that even in the modern games..

I did, and it doesn't do away with the mouse lag. It's still difficult to change loadouts and keep a steady aimfuzzylunkin1 wrote:QUOTE (fuzzylunkin1 @ Nov 10 2010, 04:22 PM) Adjust your mouse sensitivity.
If my control center didn't crash, I would take a look.Spunkmeyer wrote:QUOTE (Spunkmeyer @ Nov 10 2010, 05:05 PM) Can't you turn off v-sync through your card drivers?
